I'm using the official WireGuard iOS app. VOIP (FaceTime, WhatsApp, etc) is blocked here, so it can't be used without a VPN like WireGuard. From looking at that chart I can see there is not a specific FaceTime port. It either uses common ports or the ports are also used for other applications.
